Common problems and solutions of electronic platform scale:
1. No display or sound when starting up: no display is a fault in the display circuit and no sound is a fault in the buzzer circuit. The probability of these two faults occurring at the same time is very low. Therefore, the general fault occurs in the power supply circuit.
2. Inaccurate weighing: observe whether each part of the sensor has friction, whether the voltage stabilizing power supply is stable, and whether the amplifier circuit is normal. Check whether the circuit board of AD circuit has foreign matters.
3. Poor display: turn on the machine and observe whether there is any defect on the normal LCD. If there is no defect, it can be determined that the LCD is defective; Check whether CPU pins are oxidized, cold welded or short circuited; Check the circuit between CPU and LCD for short circuit.
4. The battery cannot store power: first, determine the problem caused by the fuse, power switch and power cord: check whether the transformer has AC110/220 input and AC18V output: check whether the machine version and the bipolar body of the PIN accessory inserted at the input end of the transformer are normal; Replace the battery.
5. The electronic scale cannot be charged or the charging indicator light is not measured or does not respond: first, make sure that the 110V220V voltage switch of the electronic scale is adjusted to the same voltage as the power supply, and make sure that the charging line is firmly inserted into the charging seat on the scale; Check whether the charging line is open circuit due to external force; Check whether the fuse is poor: the battery is poor.
6. No action or abnormal action of the key will automatically trigger: poor key; The key socket is poor.
7. The electronic scale cannot be weighed to full load: the protective screw of the electronic scale has not been removed; Whether there are foreign matters in the electronic scale that cause interference, impact or fall; Whether the internal program setting of the electronic scale is correct.
